Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, in perhaps his final NFL game, took to the podium following his team’s heartbreaking 28-23 loss to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional Round Game.

Lynch answered a few questions, with his trademark brevity, before he launched into a short advice session for younger players.

“Now I’ve been on the other side of retirement, and it’s good,” Lynch said. “I’ll tell y’all right now while you’re in it, take care of y’all bread so when y’all done you can go ahead and take care of yourself. So while you’re all in take care of your bodies, take care of your chicken, take care of your mentals, cuz we don’t last that long.”

Lynch was vague about his plans for next season, but after not playing for over 14 months, it’s entirely possible he has played in his final NFL game.

Of course, you never quite know with Beast Mode, and after scoring four touchdowns in three games with Seattle, it’s clear there is at least something still left in the tank.
